DBM Vircon joined Arup Group Ltd. and Civmec Construction and Engineering at a recent Case Study presentation held at the Optus Stadium. The event included the official announcement of all Western Australian category winners of the ASI Excellence in Steel.
Congratulations to all the winners, many fine west Australian projects included. The Case Study saw Ben Kirkwood the Senior Structural Engineer on the project from Arup Engineering taking us through the finer points and features of the amazing stadium, followed by our own David Dawson who presented the nuances of the Steel Detailing and BIM Management followed by Civmec’s David Powers on the Fabrications and Commissioning.
