Stanford University’s old chemistry building has been redeveloped to a 4-storey Bass Biology Research Building. This building houses advanced research programs, laboratories, and the Stanford University Mass Spectroscopy shared instrumentation space meeting the modern day research space and seismic building standards.
Working with Schuff Steel, DBM Vircon’s scope of work included 3D BIM modeling of 1,500 tons of structural steel work fully connected, checked, stick models and issues all e-sheets, assembly and Part 2D Drawings.
