DBM Vircon’s Scope of Work:

Under a D&C contract with no client-led BIM deliverable, John Holland engaged DBM Vircon to implement BIM for construction coordination. This revolved around a BIM plan to facilitate consultant and trade coordination.

Mercedes Autohaus Project Highlights & Challenges:

The success of the process and implementation led to John Holland asking how else they could use the technology within the digital engineering process. Resulting in additional scopes of virtual reality, augmented reality, data analytics and dashboard reporting, and BIM360 field mobility workflows. The expansion in digital use cases was driven by real value adding options that were possible due to the way in which the scalable foundational digital strategy was implemented.
