What is your favourite thing about working for DBM Vircon and the work you do?
My favorite thing about working for DBM Vircon is the incredible opportunity to grow in your craft. It gave me the opportunity to gain better understanding of the industry and helped me develop other skills other than detailing itself.
How has your career been during your time at DBM Vircon?
My career has evolved from being a detailer to checker to Project Liaison and now Project Manager. I have learned a lot outside of steel detailing too.
What are some of your personal and professional achievements?
I believe part of my achievements would be having completed some challenging projects, learning the commercial aspect of the project, nurturing my skills with regards to change orders, being a good part of a team.
