What is your favorite thing about working for DBM Vircon and the work you do?
There are quite a lot of things I enjoy about working with DBM Vircon. The people are amazing, they come from a variety of different backgrounds and skill sets. People are kind, helpful, and not competitive with one another. I am given opportunities every day to grow in my role. The work challenges me, and my teammates and leaders provide the utmost support. I really enjoy the actual work that I do.

How has your career been during your time at DBM Vircon?
When you dedicate your life to work, the environment that provides you with opportunities to learn, flexibilities to show what you got, and satisfaction of being a part of something greater that makes a difference in peoples lives. Work can guide you to purpose and makes you feel useful. You will find the right place that is just for you, just open your mind and heart, when you get the feeling in your heart, that is it, that is the right fit for you. The compensation, benefits, office amenities, and overall flexibility are fundamental in my life. I know it sounds a little too good to be true, but I tell myself that all the time. I am truly fortunate to have the job I have.
What are some of your personal and professional achievements?
My biggest managerial achievement was maximizing the team effort and I think that was because I had good relations with all my teammates. In the end, the clients were happy and the whole team enjoyed working on the project. That is what I consider my greatest professional achievement. On the personal side I am extremely happy that I can defend my “push-up challenge” belt and hanging on to it for another year.
