The working culture & the people at DBM Vircon inspire me a lot. There is easy accessibility when needing to reach out to anyone at any time and it is just amazing. I’m simply loving my Job as a Piping Administrator here.

How has your career been during your time at DBM Vircon?
It has been great though, like any other person, I also have my ups and downs. I started as a Junior Piping Administrator and now I have my own team to handle. It was challenging and new, but I am growing and still learning a lot.
What are some of your personal and professional achievements?
Speaking honestly, I consider my personality transformation is my greatest achievement. I was lucky enough to have good and empathetic people around me who helped me to become a new person. I would not say that I am proud, but I am mostly grateful for the opportunities, for the people around me, and for everything else that helped me on my journey of personal transformation. I do not want to give too much credit to myself for this accomplishment.
I learned a new tool and gave an output that was more or less equal to an experienced professional and completing a project using that tool is one of my biggest professional achievements.
