What is your favorite thing about working for DBM Vircon and the work you do?
My favourite thing about working for DBM Vircon is being able to assist our global leaders across the world with their marketing needs. With a great, tight-knit team, spanning across a few different continents, there is always someone available to help create, monitor, and manage our global marketing needs. Although we may not work directly beside each other, the ability of me and my co-workers to come together as collective team has been very impactful during my time at DBM Vircon.“To date, a personal achievement of mine is learning how to navigate a good a work-life balance, with a toddler at home, and another one currently on the way, it’s a tremendous benefit working at DBM Vircon that allows for a flexible schedule. “
How has your career been during your time at DBM Vircon?
My career at DBM Vircon has been a great journey so far. Starting off as an Office Assistant for our Bridge Division helped me recognize my strengths and weaknesses and help me gain knowledge of the 3D modeling & detailing industry. A few years later, being promoted to Marketing Coordinator has taught me how to work with many different people across the business in different geographical locations, learning about the complexity of DBM Vircon and its different divisions such including, Bridge Detailing, Commercial Detailing, Digital Engineering, Industrial Design and Detailing, Concrete & Rebar Detailing, and Visualizations. It has been quite the learning curve, but the experience as a whole has been very rewarding.What are some of your personal and professional achievements?

Professionally, though still in the early years of my Marketing career, it’s been great to be able to learn and build upon my skillset and knowledge in the construction industry.
