What I love the most about DBM Vircon is its people. I feel incredibly grateful to work with such supportive, kind, smart and wonderful colleagues. The collaborative and positive work environment has played a huge role in my growth. I genuinely believe that people are the greatest asset of our organisation. The work itself is also exciting because it gives me the chance to contribute to major projects and work with great clients, which constantly pushes me to learn and improve. - How has your career been during your time at DBM Vircon?
I started at DBM Vircon as a Digital Coordinator joining the digital engineering team. Thanks to the incredible support from the team and the opportunities I’ve been given, I was able to grow rapidly. Being involved in major projects and working with high-profile clients has helped me develop both technical skills and confidence in my role. My career here has been a journey of continuous learning, and professional and personal growth. - What are some of your personal and professional achievements?
My biggest achievement has been learning and growing every single day. I’ve built confidence in my abilities, and I’ve been able to put my skills and knowledge into practice in meaningful ways. It’s incredibly rewarding to feel valuable and beneficial to my team and the projects I contribute to. The journey of continuous improvement, combined with the support of my colleagues, has been the most fulfilling part of my experience at DBM Vircon.
