The development on the former Hudson’s site will include 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, food and beverage, hotel, residential, event and meeting, parking, and activated open spaces.
At 685 feet tall, the tower will provide unique city views at every level. Due to the project’s array of uses, its architects are calling this development — a “city within a city.” Located in prime downtown Detroit area, the Hudson’s building design and construction is intended to achieve a minimum LEED Silver Certification by utilizing dozens of advanced sustainable features, helping to noticeably offset greenhouse gas emissions.
