City Ridge – 3900 Wisconsin Avenue

At the former Fannie Mae headquarters site at 3900 Wisconsin Ave. NW, a new development is planned called City Ridge.

City Ridge Project Overview:

The project will includes 652 residential units, a 150-key hotel, 153,000 square feet of retail space, and 62,000 square feet of office space. The plan called for constructing eight new buildings in addition to adaptively reuse the existing headquarters building, which was named a historic landmark.

DBM Vircon’s Scope of Work:

Working with CMC, the DBM Vircon team is provided 3D modeling for some of the floors on this project and worked collectively with other teams and the contractor to keep pace with the project schedule.
