At the former Fannie Mae headquarters site at 3900 Wisconsin Ave. NW, a new development is planned called “City Ridge”—an “urban village” that will feature the District’s inaugural Wegmans
All told the project will include “652 residential units, a 150-key hotel, 153,000 square feet of retail space, and 62,000 square feet of office space,” according to a release. The plan calls for constructing eight new buildings in addition to adaptively reusing the existing headquarters building, which was named a historic landmark.
DBM Vircon team is providing 3D modeling for some of the floors on this project and working collectively with other teams and contractor to keep pace with the project schedule.
