PDC has recently initiated post development water monitoring at Stockland’s Whiteman Edge land development project, 20km north-east of Perth CBD. The intention of this land development monitoring is to ensure the hydrology and groundwater quality are maintained or improved post development, in line with Western Australia’s Better Urban Water Management guidelines. PDC’s Property and Infrastructure group are leaders in groundwater and surface water monitoring. We have experience in designing monitoring programs for approval by authorities and are able to manage every stage of the process, from siting and specifying bore installation, undertaking monitoring through to interpreting and reporting on results and making recommendations to comply with auditing conditions.
