    Mark Campbell is DBM Vircon’s Chief Executive Officer, leading the company’s strategic direction, growth, and operations.

    Mark has previously worked in several executive roles, with a proven track record in building financially successful companies with improved processes, client relationships, and people engagement.  Mark is a civil engineer with experience across a diverse range of industry sectors, including the built environment, water, transportation, construction, asset management, and more. Embracing the values of integrity, excellence, and collaboration, Mark and the senior leadership team steer DBM Vircon to meet its strategic and operational business goals.

    Steve is DBM Vircon’s Chief Financial Officer, leading the Finance, Legal, Commercial and Risk functions for the company.

    Steve is a highly experienced, growth-oriented business leader with deep financial, commercial and strategic expertise. Having successfully led many high performing, multi-disciplinary teams within large-scale, multi-national organisations, Steve is passionate about creating positive change in a business and equipping those around him with the knowledge and understanding of financial and commercial best practice. With extensive commercial, operational, and general management experience across a wide variety of industries, Steve brings unique perspective, a high level of professionalism, energy and personality to DBM Vircon.

    Gino Pezzente leads DBM Vircon in North America, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest degree of excellence.

    Gino has extensive experience in the steel detailing industry, and has a vast knowledge specializing in infrastructure projects and complex structural steel structures. Gino joined DBM Vircon’s team as a detailing technician in 2003, after completing his Structural Drafting Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. During his time with the company, Gino has held various roles including Senior Modeller, Senior Checker, Project Manager, Lead Operations Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Global General Manager – Bridges, and has been involved in some of the company’s largest infrastructure and commercial projects.

    Sara leads our technology team, leveraging curiosity and innovation to help DBM Vircon make design constructible, construction efficient and assets manageable.

    She brings deep expertise in a people-centric approach to technology implementation in the construction sector. Sara has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Commerce (Corporate Finance and Strategic Management) and is a Charles Sturt University Masters of Information Technology (IT Management and Business Analysis) candidate.

    Alastair Brook drives the go to market strategy within DBM Vircon and jointly with the leadership team, delivers company growth and competitiveness.

    He has been with DBM Vircon since 2014 bringing extensive experience in construction, digital engineering, project management, and business management. Alastair has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Construction Management and Economics) and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.

    Emily Bates is responsible for DBM Vircon’s global people strategy, including talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, organizational and leadership development, and corporate communications relating to people.

    Emily brings over 20 years of experience in culture change, people management, recruitment, and training needs analysis. She is passionate about generating ideas and driving engagement and believes that the most important thing in making a company successful is the investment in its people. Emily is a Postgraduate candidate in Business (Strategic Human Resource Management).

    Christine Jefferies leads the marketing strategy as well as internal and external communications for DBM Vircon.

    Christine has a breadth of experience in business development and marketing in the fields of engineering services, mining, and oil & gas in Canada, the USA, and Australia. She holds a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of British Columbia. Christine is passionate about delivering an exceptional and fully seamless client experience.
