In conjunction with peers and members of the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE), DBM Vircon’s is pleased to announce that Sir John Armitt CBE, President of ICE, is visiting Perth on the 15 and 16 August.
Sir John – arguably the most successful British civil engineer alive today, will present to fellows of ICE and honoured guests at the Western Australia Club and then address students at Curtin University the following day. As Chairman of the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), Sir John Armitt made a significant contribution to Britain’s infrastructure and led the team responsible for constructing venues, facilities and transport systems for the London 2012 Olympics.
