An icon of the Cleveland skyline, Playhouse Square Apartments (also called The Lumen Apartments) was added to the distinct identity of the Playhouse Square District in 2020.

Playhouse Square Apartments Project Details:

Situated on a one-acre site at the corner of Euclid Avenue and East 17th Street – replacing the parking lot across from the Connor Palace – the 34-story tower hosts 318 apartments, 550 parking spaces and 22,000 square feet for resident amenities. The 396 feet tall building was the biggest residential project in 40 years in Cleveland.

The Playhouse Square development created an exciting entertainment district and drives economic vitality in the region, and helps secure the future of downtown historic theaters.
