Highlights & Challenges: There were several challenges that were faced while executing this project including:
- The pour sequences varied element wise as well as level wise at each floor, which made bar take-offs task tricky and tough.
- The project consisted of black and epoxy bars, laps and mechanical splices, vertical and sloping columns and floors with varying elevations that made detailing very challenging.
- Numerous revision and field based RFIs made the revision work difficult.
