Highlights & Challenges: There were several challenges that were faced while executing this project including:
  1. The pour sequences varied element wise as well as level wise at each floor, which made bar take-offs task tricky and tough.
  2. The project consisted of black and epoxy bars, laps and mechanical splices, vertical and sloping columns and floors with varying elevations that made detailing very challenging.
  3. Numerous revision and field based RFIs made the revision work difficult.
