The UDIA Awards for Excellence is a property development industry initiative which showcases the excellent standard of development in Western Australia and provides developers and their consultants an opportunity to compete against the best projects in the State.
The awards were presented to over 700 people at the gala dinner held at the Perth Convention Centre on the 29th August 2015. Marino Evangelisti, General Manager – Property & Infrastructure presented the joint winners for the Medium Density Development.
