The PDC Group, Ride to Conquer Cancer team raised a total of $28,672.88 which placed them just outside the top 10 teams in the most funds raised. A sensational effort!
The event itself raised a total of $4.5m, all benefiting The Harry Perkins institute of cancer research. The ride consisted of over 200 kilometres over 2 days down the freeway to the campsite in Pinjarra then on day two north along the coast to the finish line at McCallum park. A huge effort by the entire team consisting of Alastair Brook (Team Captain), Danielle Coelho, Isaac Heard, Marie Kelsall, Rob Kilgour, Jade Langley, Max Menin, Chris Parkinson, Lauren Reynolds, Paul Singh, Shawn Weir, Shane Brown (crew) and Sakib Ahmed (crew)
