What is your favorite thing about working for DBM Vircon and the work you do?
My favorite thing about working for DBM Vircon is how great they treat and care about their employees. Whether this be working from home on Fridays, or getting lunch for the office once a month, or some fun in office activity for everyone. I deeply appreciate the work I get to do, as I get to assist and help Project Managers on big commercial projects.

How has your career been during your time at DBM Vircon?
I would say my career has been off to a great start since starting with DBM Vircon back in February. In the short time I have been here I have learned a lot about the steel industry and more importantly Project Management.
What are some of your personal and professional achievements?
I have had multiple personal achievements accomplished in my life through things like sports and school, but easily my biggest achievement is graduating with my bachelor’s degree in engineering from Arizona State University. My biggest professional achievement so far is receiving the job from DBM Vircon, as this is my first job after graduating from ASU.
