What is your favorite thing about working for DBM Vircon and the work you do?
My favorite thing about working here at DBM Vircon is the flexibility of working hours, this is very important because we are juggling between family and work. Also, I enjoy working in a team environment especially when I get along well with my colleagues.

How has your career been during your time at DBM Vircon?
During my 15 years of working at DBM Vircon, I’ve been involved in a lot of complex and challenging projects that have expanded my knowledge of structural detailing.
What are some of your personal and professional achievements?
For my personal and professional achievements, I am very proud that aside from working full time, there is a balance between work and family, we are able to raise our family well.
