Russell Bell, Operations Manager – Digital Engineering, recently took part in a guest lecture series for the Construction Management students at Curtin University. Russell took the students through DBM Vircon’s approach to BIM management. Using BIM for design authoring and 3D coordination; Integrating time and cost into BIM (i.e. 4D and 5D); QA processes for controlling errors omissions and redundancy of information within BIM and Change in project delivery and workflow when using BIM in the current and future construction management process.
