The New $51 million Stockland Harrisdale Shopping Centre opened last Thursday June 23. Principal Civil Engineer Paul Wiseman joined Stockland and the Piara Waters community at the much anticipated opening. PDC is proud to have provided civil design services to the 12,200 square metre retail centre project, in addition to the residential development, from concept to construction.
